Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 150 g hard cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 50 g wheat flour
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh herbs
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Recipe:
- Wash the chicken fillet, and clean it from fat and films.
- Grind chicken fillet, hard cheese and garlic through a meat grinder.

Minced chicken cutlets with the addition of pumpkin are juicy, tasty and very healthy. The flesh of the pumpkin gives the cutlets a pleasant orange hue and a wonderful aroma.
Ingredients:
- 350 g chicken fillet
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 30 g wheat flour
- 200 g fresh pumpkin
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 ml kefir
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 0.5 tsp salt

- Wash the chicken fillet, and dry it with a paper towel. Cut the meat across the grain into pieces 1.5 cm thick.
- Cut the onion into half rings, add salt, and remember to the vegetables with your hands.
- Add chicken fillet, juice of half a lemon and spices to onions. Mix the ingredients, and leave the meat to marinate for 30 minutes.

- 0.5 tsp Zira

- Wash the chicken fillet, and cut it into pieces of the same size.

Step-by-Step Recipe: Egg Rolls
Breast baked in adjika
Ingredients:
- 350 g chicken fillet
- 3 art. l. adjika
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
Recipe:
- Wash the chicken fillet, dry it from excess moisture, and remove the films and excess fat.
- With a sharp knife, make deep parallel cuts, without cutting the meat to the end by 1-2 cm.
- Salt the chicken fillet, and grease it with vegetable oil and adjika.
- We transfer the chicken fillet to a sheet of parchment, add a sprig of rosemary, and wrap the edges of the baking paper.
- For convenience, put the meat in a mould or on a baking sheet, and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Cool the cooked chicken breast to room temperature, and cut the meat into portioned pieces.
False chicken legs
Ingredients:
- 500 g yeast-free puff pastry
- 2 tbsp. l. wheat flour
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 100 g salted straws
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp ground paprika
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2-3 sprigs of parsley
Recipe:
- Wash the chicken fillet, and cut it into large pieces.
- Combine chicken pieces, onions, garlic, parsley, salt and spices to taste in a blender bowl.
- Grind the ingredients into homogeneous thick minced meat.
- Defrost the puff pastry in advance, and roll it into a rectangular layer on a work surface dusted with wheat flour.
- Cut the dough into long thin strips 2 cm wide.
- From a small amount of minced meat, we will form cutlets in the form of a chicken drumstick.
- Insert a salted straw into the centre of the workpiece.
- Wrap each cutlet with a strip of puff pastry.
- Put the blanks on a baking sheet with parchment, and grease them with a beaten egg.
- We will bake false chicken legs in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 4 large onions
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 100 g fat
- 1 egg
- 2 slices of white bread
- 3 art. l. tomato paste
- 200 ml kefir
- 100 ml water
- 2 tbsp. l. wheat flour
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Recipe: Stuffed Onions
Potatoes with meat and mushrooms in pots
Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 700 g chicken fillet
- 500 g champignons
- 1 onion
- 2-3 sprigs of parsley
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 50 ml sour cream
- 100 g hard cheese
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp seasoning for potatoes
Recipe:
- Onion cut into thin half rings, and fry until soft in vegetable oil.
- Add sliced fresh champignons to the onion. Stir, and continue to fry the ingredients together until the mushrooms are ready.
- Wash the chicken fillet, and cut it into small cubes.
- Peel potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Put the chicken fillet on the bottom of each baking pot, and add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Put potatoes, salt and spices for vegetables on top.
- Add fried mushrooms with onions.
- Combine sour cream with hot water, and pour the ingredients into a pot with this mixture.
- Having covered the pots with lids, send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Then we take the pots out of the oven and add grated hard cheese and fresh herbs to them.
- Return the casseroles to the oven for another 5 minutes.

Chicken fillet in pepper
Ingredients:
- 3 large bell peppers
- 700 g chicken fillet
- 100 g hard cheese
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup boiled rice
- 3 art. l. sour cream or mayonnaise
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Recipe:
- Wash the rice thoroughly, and boil until tender in salted water.
- Wash the chicken fillet, and cut it into small cubes.
- Finely chop the tomatoes, and combine them with boiled rice and chicken fillet. Add salt and black pepper to taste, and mix.
- Wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, and remove the seeds.
- Put the vegetables in a heat-resistant baking dish. Pour some water into the bottom of the mould.
- Put the filling in the halves of the pepper, grease it with sour cream or mayonnaise on top, and sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
- Let's send the pepper boats to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Pastrami
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken fillet
- 1 tsp coarse table salt
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 st. l. French herbs
- ground black pepper to taste
Recipe:
- Wash the chicken fillet, and dry it from excess moisture with paper napkins.
- We fold 2 chicken fillets with a jack, and tightly tie the product with cooking thread.
- Rub the meat with a mixture of spices and salt.
- Carefully wrap the future pastrami in foil. From above we will make several punctures with a toothpick so that steam comes out through them.
- Transfer the meat to a baking sheet with high sides.
- We will bake the pastrami for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
- Cool the finished dish completely, and cut it into portioned pieces.
Chicken breast baked in cream
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g hard cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 st. l. mustard
- 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 0.5 tsp spices for chicken
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2-3 sprigs of parsley
Recipe:
- Wash the chicken fillet, and cut it lengthwise into 2 thin pieces.
- Rub the meat with a mixture of salt and spices.
- Fry the chicken fillet in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.
- For the sauce, mix cream, mustard, a clove of garlic passed through a press, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Put the fried chicken fillet into a baking dish, and pour in the creamy sauce.
- Put grated hard cheese on top.
- We will bake the chicken fillet in cream for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Meatballs in cheese sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g hard cheese
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp seasonings for chicken
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg
- 25 ml vegetable oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
Recipe:
- Wash the chicken fillet, and cut it into small cubes.
- Add finely chopped onion to the meat, garlic passed through a press, chopped herbs, salt and spices to taste.
- Crack an egg into the minced meat, add breadcrumbs, and mix thoroughly.
- Wetting our hands in cold water, we form round blanks from minced meat.
- Put them in a heat-resistant baking dish, greased with vegetable oil.
- We will bake chicken meatballs in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- For the sauce, mix cream, grated hard cheese, finely chopped parsley, salt and ground nutmeg.
- Pour the baked chicken balls into the prepared sauce.
- Return the mould to the oven for another 20-25 minutes.
Chicken fillet with broccoli baked with cheese
Another recipe for a simple and healthy dinner is “in one bowl”. Just put all the ingredients in a mould and bake.
Ingredients:
- 350 g chicken fillet
- 300 g fresh or frozen broccoli
- 100 g hard cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 tbsp. l. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 0.5 tsp Italian herbs
Recipe:
- Wash the chicken fillet, and cut it into pieces of medium size.
- Cut frozen broccoli into small florets. If you are using fresh cabbage, boil it for 3 minutes, then cool it in ice water.
- Transfer the chicken fillet and cabbage to a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, eggs, garlic, salt and spices passed through a press.
- Stir, and pour the resulting mixture with the main ingredients.
- Spread hard cheese evenly on top.
- Send the casserole to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 700 g chicken fillet
- 25 ml vegetable oil
- 1 bunch of fresh herbs (parsley, dill, basil, green onion)
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1-2 leaves of parsley
Recipe:
- In a blender bowl, combine dill, parsley, basil and green onion feathers.
- Add salt, ground black pepper and vegetable oil.
- Grind the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
- Wash the chicken fillet, cut lengthwise, not reaching the edge of about 5 mm.
- Salt the meat, and beat it with a culinary mallet on both sides.
- Put green stuffing on top.
- Carefully roll the meat into a roll, and transfer it to cling film.
- We wrap the edges, and tightly wrap the roll with cling film.
- Put the blanks in boiling water with bay leaf. Boil the rolls for 20 minutes.
- Cut the cooled blanks into portioned pieces.
Breast in milk
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken fillet
- 500 ml milk
- 40 g butter
- 1 bunch of fresh herbs
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Recipe:
- At the bottom of a heat-resistant baking dish, lay out coarsely chopped garlic cloves, fresh herb stalks and green onion feathers.
- Wash the chicken fillet, and rub it with a mixture of salt and black pepper.
- Put the meat on a pillow of greens.
- Pour the chicken fillet with boiling milk, and add butter and a pinch of spices to taste.
- Having covered the form with a lid or foil, send the chicken breast in milk to the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Chicken breast pate with nuts

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillet
- 100 g walnuts
- 3 art. l. vegetable oil
- 60 g butter

Recipe:
- Boil the chicken fillet until cooked in salted water with the addition of bay leaf and black allspice.

Recipe:
- Wash the breast, boil or fry it in a pan or grill, then cut it into slices.
- For the dressing, mix mustard, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Beat the mixture until smooth.
- Fry the bacon in a preheated pan until crispy, and cut it into small slices.
- Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into large pieces.
- Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
- Hard boil the eggs, peel and cut them in half.
- Cheese cut into cubes.
- Cut the tomatoes in half.
- We wash different types of salads, cut and put them on a dish.
- Top with chicken, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, cheese, and eggs. Add a salad with onions and dressing.
Caesar salad"
Main Ingredients:
- 200 g chicken breast
- 1 bunch lettuce
- 50 g parmesan
- 2 slices ciabatta
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
Sauce Ingredients:
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 st. l. lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
Recipe:
- Finely chop the garlic clove, and put it in a frying pan with heated olive oil.
- When the garlic is browned, add ciabatta bread to it, and cut it into a 1 cm cube. Fry the croutons over medium heat until golden brown.
- Boil the chicken fillet until tender in salted water.
- To prepare the sauce, dip the chicken egg into boiling water, and boil it for 1 minute.
- In the bowl of a blender, combine the olive oil, egg yolk, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt to taste, and beat the sauce with a mixer until smooth.
- Put the chicken fillet cut into slices on lettuce leaves.
- Add grated parmesan and croutons.
- Dress the salad with the prepared dressing.
Salad with champignons and chicken breast
Ingredients:
- 200 g chicken fillet
- 200 g fresh champignons
- 1 chicken egg
- 100 g hard cheese
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 25 ml vegetable oil
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Recipe:
- Wash the mushrooms, cut them into slices, and fry them in vegetable oil until tender. At the end of cooking champignons salt and season with black pepper.
- Boil the chicken fillet until tender in salted water, cool, and cut it into cubes.
- Hard-boiled chicken egg.
- Put the chicken fillet on the bottom of the salad bowl, and put a mesh of mayonnaise on top.
- Put the fried mushrooms in the next layer, and grease them with a small amount of mayonnaise.
- The next layer of salad is a grated-boiled egg. Lubricate the egg layer with a little sauce.
- Lay out the grated hard cheese as the last layer.
- Ready salad will be served chilled.
Salad "Champs Elysees" with chicken breast with mustard dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken fillet
- 2 cucumbers
- 200 g canned green peas
- 2 tbsp. l. mustard seeds
- 1 tsp spicy mustard
- 1 st. l. apple cider vinegar
- 6 art. l. olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Sahara
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Recipe:
- Wash the chicken fillet, cut it lengthwise into thin pieces, and rub it with a mixture of salt and black pepper.
- Fry the meat in a pan with heated olive oil until golden brown over medium heat.
- Cut the chicken fillet that has cooled to room temperature into strips.
- Wash fresh cucumbers, cut them into strips, and add to salad.
- Put canned green peas and finely chopped fresh herbs in a salad bowl.
- For the dressing, mix olive oil, 2 types of mustard and apple cider vinegar. Add black pepper and sugar to taste.
- Thoroughly mix the dressing, and pour it over the salad.
- Mix the ingredients, and send the salad to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Salad "Tiffany" of chicken breast with grapes
Ingredients:
- 300 g green grapes
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 200 g hard cheese
- 0.5 st. walnut kernels
- 4-5 art. l. mayonnaise
- 3 eggs
- 6 pcs. lettuce leaves
- 3 art. l. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp curry
- salt to taste
Recipe:
- Wash the chicken fillet, and cut it into thin pieces. Rub the meat with a mixture of salt and curry.
- Fry the chicken fillet in a pan with heated vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Cut the cooled chicken fillet into thin strips.
- Hard-boiled chicken eggs, peel, and chop on a coarse grater.
- Grind walnut kernels into large crumbs.
- Grate hard cheese with large holes.
- Wash the grapes, cut them in half, and remove the seeds.
- Put the lettuce leaves on a flat dish, and spread the chicken fillet on top. Let's apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
- Add chopped walnuts and hard cheese. Lubricate the layer with a little sauce.
- Distribute grated eggs on top, and apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
- Lay out the grape halves last.
- Let's send the salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to infuse it.
