Paneer recepi || How to make paneer cheese?

Ingredients:

  •  ½ glass of yoghurt
  • ½ kg of tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • Nutmeg
  • ½ tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon very small minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 5 cardamoms
  • 2 nails
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • Ghee (clarified butter)
  • ½ tablespoon of GARAM MASALA
  • 250gr of paneer
  • 1 chili (optional) chopped
  • 8 chopped walnuts
  • Turmeric

Elaboration:

  • Put in a saucepan: the ghee with the cloves, the turmeric, the coriander, the garlic and the onion.
  • Stir and add the peeled and diced tomatoes. Let boil for about 7 minutes and then add the yoghurt.
  • Beat with the blender and add half a glass of water. Boil for 5 more minutes and add the rest of the ingredients, leave for 5 more minutes and mix everything again.
  • Add the paneer cut into squares and we will leave it for five more minutes and another 5 to rest.
